Blog Entry: If a cable company screws up in a DVR upgrade, like Time Warenr Cable, and upload a virus, and ruins chedueld recordings so they're hit or miss, then shouldn't that cable compnay actually fix their mistake, and not ignore it until the HD switchover almost a year later (or possibly whenever they bother to care, too?) Shouldn't they credit back for lakc of DVR services? I say yes on both accounts.
